Flagler Village Civic Association is dedicated to protecting and promoting the best interests of stakeholders in the Flagler Village neighborhood. Our mission is to foster a sense of community, improve the quality of life for residents, and advocate for issues that affect our neighborhood. We believe that by working together, we can make a difference.
